Haka Fit | Strengthening Body, Mind & Culture

Haka Fit is a powerful fusion of Māori tradition and modern fitness. Our unique program combines the energy and discipline of haka with high-intensity functional training to build physical strength, mental resilience, and cultural connection. Designed for all fitness levels, Haka Fit empowers individuals and groups through movement, mātauranga Māori, and wairua-focused leadership.

Eparaima's work with our boys' groups is significant. He cultivates mana and self-belief in our tauira by embedding our core school values, mana, ako, manaakitanga, and whakawhanaungatanga, into every interaction. His ability to uplift and strengthen the boys' sense of identity, responsibility, and leadership is a testament to his skill as a facilitator.

Mana Tū Leadership Development | Grow Through Culture and Challenge

Our Leadership Development Program is grounded in Te Ao Māori and designed to unlock the full potential of rangatahi and emerging leaders. Through a blend of physical training, cultural learning, and personal reflection, participants build confidence, resilience, and a strong sense of identity. We combine kaupapa Māori principles, practical leadership tools, and real-world challenges to grow leaders who stand tall in both their communities and their calling. This is not just leadership training — it’s a journey of self-discovery, purpose, and transformation.

"I was happy to hear how succesful the holiday program was. It sounded like a really positive experience for both the students and kirsty"

Mātauranga Māori & Movement | Honouring Atua, Taiao & Hauora through Motion

Our coaching approach is deeply rooted in mātauranga Māori and the natural rhythms of the taiao. By aligning Health and Physical Education with the values, stories, and wisdom of our atua Māori, we reconnect ākonga to their whakapapa, whenua, and wairua. Through movement-based learning inspired by atua. We help ākonga understand that movement is not just about fitness — it’s about whakapapa, atua, and living in alignment with the world around them.

“Our students gained a deep and meaningful understanding of mātauranga Māori through this movement-based kaupapa. The integration of atua Māori, the natural environment, and physical activity not only enhanced their knowledge but also helped them connect on a personal and cultural level.
